Because our products are digital goods, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Refunds are therefore issued on a discretionary basis. That said, we are committed to the quality of our products and will honor refund requests in the situations outlined below.
Please note that mandatory refund laws in your country or region will always be respected.
Before You Request a Refund
If you are experiencing a technical issue with a product, please reach out to us before requesting a refund. We can often help troubleshoot and resolve most issues you might encounter.

When Refunds Are Provided
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- The product is not as described — If a product is materially different from its description or live preview, you are eligible for a refund. We will first attempt to correct the issue with an update. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
- The product has a security vulnerability — If a product contains a security vulnerability that cannot be promptly fixed, you are entitled to a refund.
- Promised support was not provided — If a product is advertised as including customer support and that support is not delivered as described, you are eligible for a refund.
- The product was not downloaded — If you have not downloaded your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, you may qualify for a refund. You will need to provide your purchase details so we can verify the item was not accessed.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
We are not obligated to provide refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- The product did not meet your subjective expectations.
- You purchased a product by mistake.
- You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the product.
- You are requesting a refund without providing sufficient information or evidence about the issue.
Resolving Disputes
If we cannot reach an agreement on a refund, please provide as much detail and evidence as possible to support your claim. We will review all information provided and make a fair, impartial decision. You agree that this final decision will be binding.
